Questions, answered

It is okay to have questions before you begin. Start with the one on your mind.

Before you draw

How do I ask a good tarot question?

Ask about what you can understand or do, rather than a fixed yes or no. “What would help me understand this relationship?” leaves room for reflection beyond a yes-or-no answer. Add a line about what’s going on — share only what you feel comfortable telling us.

One card, three or five — which should I choose?

One card when you need a quick nudge for today. Three cards for most questions: where you are, what’s in the way, and a next step. Five when several people or forces are involved and you want the wider picture.

Are the cards really random?

Yes. The full 78-card deck is shuffled before you see it and laid face down. You browse and pick the cards that pull you — the card you touch is the card you get, never swapped at the last second.

About your reading

Can tarot predict my future?

Tarot doesn’t lock in a future — your choices still shape it. What it does well is shine a light on what’s around you right now: the pull, the fear, the opening. Many people find that is exactly what they needed to decide their next step.

What does a reversed card mean?

Usually that the card’s energy is blocked, delayed or turned inward — not that something bad will happen. Read it alongside its position and your question; a personal AI reading can add the context you share.

Can I ask about the same cards again?

Yes — and you should, if something isn’t clear. Follow-up questions use the same cards and the question you started with, so the conversation keeps going instead of starting over.

Can I ask the same question again?

If you feel unsettled, pause and write down your first reflection before deciding whether to draw again. If your circumstances or question have changed, you can start a new reading; there is no required waiting period.

Are there questions I shouldn’t ask?

Please don’t use tarot for medical, legal or investment decisions — those deserve a qualified professional. Tarot is here to help you understand yourself and your situation.

How do I get a free online tarot reading here?

Choose a topic and a one-, three- or five-card spread. Bring one question, select the face-down cards, and reveal their reference meanings. The basic draw needs no account or email. If you want an AI reading connected to your own situation, sign in; each personal reading uses 10 credits.

Does the reading use the full 78-card deck?

Yes: 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana cards, with upright and reversed orientations. All 78 are shuffled before you choose, and a card cannot repeat within one draw. The one-, three- and five-card options all use this full deck.

Is the three-card spread past, present and future?

Here the three positions are current situation, main challenge and next step. They are not labelled past, present and future. Read each card against its displayed position; for example, a challenge card asks what needs attention, rather than predicting an event.

Can I use this for a yes-or-no question?

You can start with that concern, but this tool does not produce a verified yes-or-no prediction. Turn “Will it work?” into “What should I understand before trying?” You still make the decision; the cards offer themes and questions to consider.
