When you submit information, it is sent to Moonletter’s server to provide the requested tool. If an AI feature is used, the relevant request is also sent to the configured AI provider, DeepSeek.

Your sign-in email and credit records are stored on the server. Personalized answers and their relevant request context are also stored to recover interrupted readings. Deleting reading history in this browser does not delete your server account, saved answer recovery records, or copies retained by a service provider.

You can delete your account and server readings from your account page. A temporary email hash prevents re-registration until the next UTC day and is cleared on the next account operation after that. Older backups may retain earlier data until replaced; model and email providers handle their processing records under their own policies.

Anonymous usage counts

We keep daily aggregate counts for page and tool use, successful sign-ins, credit claims, completed readings and confirmed purchases. Browser events contain only a fixed page category, action category and broad source category, with no questions, dreams, birth data, full referrer URL or tracking identifier. Counts are not used to identify people and cover the current UTC day plus the previous 29 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable browser events; the server still counts completed business operations.

Optional analytics

If enabled, Google Analytics collects page-view and tool-use events, language, a simplified referring source, and Google cookie and browser statistics. It does not receive birth details, question text, email, account identifiers, or reading content. Analytics is not loaded before consent. Choose “Analytics settings” in the footer to decline or withdraw consent; withdrawal stops future events and removes Moonliri Google Analytics cookies.
