Using Moonletter

Use the service lawfully and for personal reflection. Readings are prompts, not guaranteed outcomes or professional advice.

Credits and purchases

The available one-time packs are 300 credits for $9.90 USD, 1,200 credits for $29.90 USD and 3,000 credits for $59.90 USD, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire. Each personal answer uses 10 credits. You can claim 10 free credits each UTC day. Daily gifts can accumulate, and each gift expires 30 days after it is claimed.

Misuse and account restrictions

Do not use Moonletter for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or attempts to bypass security or usage limits. Accounts and credits must not be sold or transferred. If these terms are violated, we may issue a warning, restrict affected features, or suspend or terminate access, depending on the seriousness of the violation. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support to request a review. Unused purchased credits and refund requests remain subject to our refund policy and applicable law; suspension does not automatically forfeit purchased credits. Responsibility for losses caused by unlawful use is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
